After a disaster, clean drinking water can become as hard to find as that sock that vanishes in the dryer. Each family member needs at least one gallon per day, for 1-2 weeks. And remember: children, nursing mothers, and those who are ill may need more. In extreme heat, your water needs can even double! Learn what to do and your options.
