Join us for our next neighborhood BAT/CERT/ham drill. This will be an in-person drill. We will practice damage surveys, completing the PSA form and understanding how the information is transmitted via radio to the city's EOC.
This event will be hosted by BAT 101, Toyon Farm Club House. Location is Farm Rd and Arboretum Dr.
Note: if you plan on attending, please bring the following items with you:
- FRS/GMRS radio (let us know if you need to borrow one)
- BAT, CERT or ham vest
- CERT hardhat and backpack (if signing up as a CERT)
- handi-talkie (if signing up as a ham)
- clipboard or something to write on, and something to write with
- appropriate forms: ICS 309, 214, etc.)
Those who sign up will receive an email with additional information.
The following positions are available for this event. You can state your preference when you sign up for the event. The event coordinator will attempt to accommodate your request. Based on the event and its requirements, the event coordinator may move hams to positions other than those requested.
